The debt of {$480.00} is due to a partial amount of a vet bill I disputed with XXXX and got credit for it. XXXX a hospital I took my dog twice when he fell severely ill and yet on day 1 XXXX hand me a XXXX bill saying everything is fine, day 3 I go back since my dog had no improvement and hasnt eaten in days. They prescribe appetite stimulant and hand me a {$700.00} bill. I put some on my debt card and some on cc. Months go by and XXXX kept sending emails saying I owe them. Trying to avoid any further aggravation and frustration I send an email offering to settle with a payment plan. XXXX says they no longer how the debt. An agency doesnt and they share tudo contact with me. I called some day on XX/XX/XXXX disputing the charge verbally. XX/XX/XXXX I send them an email letting them k pq I still have not received any documentation and I was heading out of town for XXXXXXXX XXXX for the holidays. As planned I left on the XX/XX/XXXX and had not received anything from them. Again I reach out to medvet offering to pay on a payment plan basis and told no they could only take full payment. When I told XXXX and associates that bought a bad debt since I had disputed and won. They told me they didnt buy the debt. They are acting ok XXXX behalf. Im so frustrated to have to be dealing with unprofessional people who didnt care for my dog but their pockets. When trying to pay and put this behind i am pushed different directions. I disputed this charge because on day 4 of XXXX XXXX XXXX I take him to another clinic. He gets XXXX and on XXXX right away. XXXX only collect money and delay my dogs treatment. Thats shouldnt be in business. The discharge papers came a day after. They called asking what time my dog ate chocolate. They kept my dog for XXXX hours because whoever was supposed to pass my message fo go ahead and do the exams forgot and didnt occur to them to ring my phone. When I called they have the nerve to say they were waiting for my call. I tried to simplify as much I could. My apologies.
