I have written to XXXX, Experian and XXXX regarding their practices regarding my FICO score calculation on several occasions disputing the decreasing of my FICO score resulting from inquiry requests when I have placed a freeze on my credit file preventing any activity that would impact my FICO score. I was told as long as I have a freeze on my credit file NO ONE would be able to see my report and my FICO score wouldnt be impacted. My FICO score has decreased for the past year without explanation other than inquiry requests that were blocked by my credit file being frozen. XXXX, Experian and XXXX has either refused to respond with a legal explanation for the decreasing of my FICO score. XXXX, Experian and XXXX is illegally decreasing my FICO preventing me from becoming a homeowner for 3 years now. I am asking the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to investigate XXXX, Experian and XXXX practices of calculating my FICO score. Thank you in advance for all of your assistance regarding this matter. I have attached my credit report reflecting my FICO score for the year of 2021.
