I had an agreement with upgrade loans for {$5500.00}. On XX/XX/23 {$2500.00} was paid to my account as direct deposit, {$520.00} paid to my credit card company on my behalf and {$2200.00} was supposed to be paid as a check to XXXX XXXX XXXX on my behalf. payments to my bank account and credit was all received but no check of {$2200.00} was sent on my behalf to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called upgrade customer service for weeks after weeks and they keep saying check will be cancelled and funds issued directly to me but nothing has happened. I already started making the agreed monthly payments to upgrade and this situation really put me in a difficult situation financially .its been 3 months now and counting!
