On XX/XX/2021 I sent off several Identity theft letter regarding fraudulent accounts and inquiries on my consumer report It has been way over 30 days. I just recently just sent off another Identity theft letter with an FTC report on the XXXX of XXXX and it was received by All of the three consumer reporting Agencies. I have not received a response yet I feel like Im being taken advantage of and being ignored of my disputes. Section 611 ( a ), it is plainly stated that a failure to investigate these accounts with 30 days gives a reason to immediately delete these accounts from my consumer report. It has been over 30 days so the accounts should be deleted promptly. I demand these fraudulent accounts and inquiries be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress you caused me. My information was also impacted by the XXXX data breach and may have gotten into the wrong person hands
