On XX/XX/XXXX I filled an application to extend the limit on my credit card. It has to be noted that this is something employees at FirstTech XXXX campus suggested a few years ago. FirstTech considered me a more desirable customer then but now. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a denial notice from FirstTech without any specifics but " Incomplete Application ''. The application was complete and consisted in the form provided by FirstTech. This is the second time this year FirstTech is denying me a loan without clear explanation ( I applied for Mortgage which I ended up getting from another institution due to the reluctance of FirstTech making it too difficult ). I have been with FirstTech since 2012 and I have outstanding records with them ( as well as all financial institutions I am in business with ). I have maintained very good credit score over the years. Given my outstanding records I can not explain how FirstTech can legitimately and legally deny my application.
