I make bi-monthly payments along additional payments towards principle. Wells Fargo bank has not applied the additional payments in a timely manner and placed additional payments in escrow. Fed up I paid off my loan on XX/XX/2021. After months of calling for my home title I'm still waiting. Wells Fargo does not act in good faith, and I really have concerns with payments and how and when they were applied. I'm still waiting on getting my home paperwork.
