Flagship credit acceptance Corp is a fraudulent company the license needs to be pulled they operate in an attempt at directing any problems as an option for themselves for repossession they say one thing and pledge one thing but they do something different and then they document something amongst themselves in total contradiction of their assurances and actions and then submit that to the agencies to whom they have been reported to dupe and deceive those agencies with grandiose assurances all based on falsehood and document alteration over 2 months customer has been trying to get a call back from an appropriate representative and here it is it's been over 2 months and there still has been no supervisor or appropriate representative to contact the customer but they have well documented that they have the company is a deceptive company that can not be trusted they promised the me that payments were being pushed or put to the end of the loan then another person calls and has no idea about that promise then another person calls back and tells me make a payment and then we'll put the other ones to the end of the term then someone else calls back who says there are no notes but then they start reading on notes which serve an altered version of the companies misdirected agenda a simple problem which covid caused could have been fixed but because of the malingering of this company and its lack of viable contacts although they have a easily accessible number and a pledge as the same they have no supervisor who has called me back yet. A fair resolution would be the company removed from my credit but let a past 30-day payment that they have on my credit and that they honor what they pledge to move the payments to the end of the term and that they have a viable representative contact me.
