I have tried to settle this matter and XXXX XXXX XXXX have ignored every request for verification dated in 2018 XX/XX/XXXX asking for verification and they continued communication and reporting on an unverifiable account until XX/XX/XXXX when they just deleted the account and said nothing they brought the account back the following month and clam it never happened I then sent mail via Certified receipt on XX/XX/XXXX it was received and has not been deleted
