I have filed several disputes in regards of my credit concerns.. It seems as though no one is complying.. I have done some much work with the Credit Bureaus, Collectors and Creditors that have inaccurate, misleading information on my credit.. I Have proof of all letters I've sent out to all parties involved.. I have been communicating with my Legal Advisor in regards of my due diligence and my character is now being a issue.. They have illegally furnished data on my credit report such Bankruptcy.. 15 U.S. Code 1681c and 15 U.S. Code 1692e for which I explained that this is a violation of my Consumer Rights and by law this matters should be removed off my credit report immediately without Prejudice ... I trying to buy home for my family and I and the is becoming of a burden to me and my family... This is a defamation of my character now I'm looking to pursue legal remedies towards all parties in violation.. I have not other option to ask for your help in getting this issue resolve.. I have proof of my concerns are illegal practices.. Please can you help me...
