This is a company of fraudsters and thieves. I've gotten several loans with this company for vehicles from our business. The car is in my name and our company name. I pay this loan months in advance. Our monthly payment should be {$210.00}. When I pay I pay XXXX months in advance. On XX/XX/2021 my balance was {$1400.00}. I paid {$900.00} on that date. XXXX XXXX sent to my credit report that my account was delinquent. They need to update this ASAP. Because that information is wrong. Not only that. I also paid off the balance of this loan which was {$440.00} on XX/XX/2021. XXXX needs to update my file ASAP and take the delinquency off my credit report. I called into XXXX several times and all they do is put me on hold and then hang up on me. This is not a way to do business. This is shark fraud business. Preying on consumers. This company needs to update my information ASAP.
