On XX/XX/2021. My XXXX account was hacked the person changed my password and email and I no longer had access to my account they were posing as me posting scams that they were giving money away for XXXX. I XXXX the phone number for XXXX help I called the number and thought I was speaking with XXXX they had me install an app called XXXX on my phone and home computer they said they had to secure my account because I had purchased items on marketplace so they said I had to log in my bank account and they XXXX money out of my account. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and took out a standby loan for XXXX. They said they would call the next day with my new password for XXXX when I realized what had happened I called the bank. I filed a police report. And these people sent text messages posing as they were XXXX saying kindly call them if I wanted my XXXX back I have the text messages. I dont know what more they would need. As these people clearly stated they took my money. I am a single mother and live by a budget that was all my money I dont have rent money now and I dont know what Im going to do. I have never XXXX any large amounts of money ever .I have been a Huntington customer for quite sometime they can see my account and transactions.
