Several months ago and to no prevail we have sent FTC report and affidavit as well as police report to XXXX XXXXXXXX, the bureaus, XXXX and XXXX the credit reporting agencies to ask for this incorrect information to be removed and blocked which appears to be a closed account. The account was removed but the creditors continues to re report it to the credit reporting agencies monthly. The account was taken over fraudulently during the ownership of the account and was not able to be recovered by the consumer.
