My credit report is still showing a negative account with XXXX XXXX. ( Account # XXXX ) As previously stated to the credit bureau XXXX I've never had any accounts, loans, credit cards, etc. with XXXX XXXX. I have disputed this information with the credit bureau and their response has been " it's been verified '' but they refuse to give me the details on how they " verified '' it. To make matters worse, they're now telling me they will not do another investigation and it is my responsibility to reach out to XXXX XXXX to resolve this matter. I have reached out to XXXX XXXX asking them for proof that this account belongs to me, but I have yet to receive a response from them. If the credit bureau has verified this account belongs to me, I would like for them to send me proof that it is mine, not just saying " it's been verified. '' If they can't provide me proof that I'm the owner of this negative account, then I would like for the credit bureau to delete it.
