I switched from XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX. Return the phones back and pay the remaining bill on XX/XX/2021. On my account it states that it is paid off however they are still harassing me about the {$670.00} that Ive been paid on XX/XX/2021. I provided so many proof that the account was paid on the XXXX account portal it even states that it was paid. Due to this my credit score has dropped XXXX points and they are refusing to remove it from my credit report when I provided valid documentation that it was paid off XX/XX/2021.
