XX/XX/2021 I mobile deposited a large check in my account indorsed to my sister they flagged my account and froze it untill my security appeal was approved .after the approval I was told to drive back down with my sister and our IDs we done that my sister was recently divorced so her named was back to her maiden name on her I'd well they requested divorce decree for her so we went got that the. At XXXX XXXX after honestly being there all day was told they needed more proof that was three months ago I've done security appeals everything being approved as they ask of me to get the funds released to myself and sister LITTERALLY have to drive 3 hours away to a branch sit their all day with the documents they required to be told at approximately XXXX XXXX closing time that the documents they requested were not actually good enough now that I finally got them this has happened twice I've followed and complied completely with them to be treated like complete garbage when I got their my self and sister were both rudely spoken to as well as pushed back in line several times very very bad customers service when ask to have a supervisor we were told there was not one there this is ridiculous
