I have had this account on auto pay from the first month I had it. They took out a payment of {$61.00} on XX/XX/XXXX as normal. Then there was no payment taken out on XXXX or XXXX that I didn't notice. They called me in XXXX and asked for me to catch up. There is no evidence of them trying to take out the payments from XXXX or XXXX. So there were no bounced payments. I paid {$180.00} on XX/XX/XXXX by phone. They took out {$94.00} automatically again on XX/XX/XXXX. I asked for them to remove the late payments from my credit they said they could not because they were reported accurately. This was an internal error at Discover Card it was not a mistake by my hand. Please help.
