I contacted the credit bureaus to inform them of the debt was paid to original creditor and collection agency should not be reporting the debt is due. Two of the three credit bureaus removed the negative account from my consumer report. I do not have an open balance with my XXXX XXXX XXXX and IC System Collections should not be on my consumer report as the debt is not due and has been paid as agreed. The negative collection is still on my XXXX Consumer Report.
