I have made multiple attempts to correct this directly with mortgage company. I have a conventional mortgage with Community Loan Servicing I have made multiple additional principal payments that have not been applied to the principal balance. When I utilize their online payment system I choose for payment to be applied to principal only. There are several payments that show a suspend status. We have made {$15000.00} in principal payments and my principal balance hasn't lowered by much. Please contact me XXXX to discuss further.
