I continue to have issues with Ally. I wasted over an hour while an agent told me I needed to submit a change of name form. I hung up after never getting a full resolution. I called back the next day and was told something completely different by XXXX. Apparently Ally has my name entered incorrectly. This is my experience every time I reach out to Ally.
