I reviewed a copy of my Transunion credit File and I noticed unauthorized credit inquiries which violates the FCRA of the information in my credit report being 100 % accurate and verifiable. I never authorized such actions, and this constitutes a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act 604 as well as a violation of my rights to privacy. Please contact and investigate each inquiry of such occurrence that I did not give permission for and from my understanding of the FCRA a company must have permissible purpose to pull my credit report. Please send the names, business address and phone numbers of those who made unauthorized credit inquiries that you spoke directly to during your investigation. Please include the name of the person who pulled my file, the date I gave permission, and the method that I gave permission ( all documents of this said permission ).
