In XXXX I had a loan through XXXX XXXX. Due to the high interest amount I was not able to pay off the debt completely. NCA recently purchased the debt and reported the debt as opened in XXXX. I have contact NCA and XXXX XXXX. NCA was not able to assist. I have disputed multiple times and had the account removed completely. NCA places the balance back on my account with the wrong opened date. This caused me to be denied for a recent loan because the open date was too soon. They refused to update the information to the correct opened date.
