Consumer Narrative

Hello, Pennymac Mortgage currently holds my mortgage ( which I refinanced in XXXX and then Pennymac subsequently purchased ). They call me constantly to refinance again. I called them in XX/XX/XXXX to have them remove me from their list. They assured me they would stop calling me about refinancing ( and while I was on the phone with them, they tried to sell me a refinance again ). They typically call me 5-6 times per week. Please help. Thanks, XXXX
