ON MONDAY XX/XX/2021 I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION ON MY BANKING APP, SAYING MY PASSWORD HAS BEEN CHANGED, SO I CLICKED ON IT BECAUSE I'VE NEVER CHANGED MY PASSWORD THAT DAY, BUT IT DIDN'T LET ME LOG IN, BECAUSE THE PASSWORD WAS WRONG, SO I CALLED THE BANK RIGHT AWAY TO FILE A COMPLAINT, BUT FIRST I CHECKED MY BALANCE THROUGH THE PHONE AND IT WAS XXXX DOLLARS, WHICH WAS NOT RIGHT, I WAS MISSING XXXX DOLLARS, SO THEY FILE A FRAUD REPORT AND EVERYTHING, THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO INVESTIGATE THE FRAUD, THEN NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM, I CALLED ON THE XXXX OF THE SAME MONTH, JUST TO FIND OUT THEY ALREADY CLOSED MY CASE AND NOT GOING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK, ACCORDING TO THEM BECAUSE I SHARED MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND THE SCAM IS MY FAULT, WHICH IS NOT TRUE, SO I TOLD THEM I WOULD LIKE TO RE OPEN THE CASE BECAUSE I DONT THINK IS FAIR THEY JUST TAKE MY MONEY LIKE THAT, BUT THEY SAID ITS CLOSED AND I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ELSE. MY BANK IS WELLS FARGO.
