Basically, a debt resolution company was able to negotiate a debt repayment to the following company : XXXX XXXX XXXX For XXXX XXXXXXXX : The credit card debt with this company is still showing a balance owed, even though the debt was negotiated and settled/paid. The credit card settlement amount for XXXX XXXX was {$440.00}, and they have not updated or deleted the account at the three credit bureaus. The information is inaccurate, as this account was settled, via the XXXX XXXX XXXX. An agreement, dated XX/XX/2021, was negotiated for the settled amount {$440.00} and a payment had to be received by XX/XX/2021. Four separate payments were sent, totaling {$440.00}, via my settlement representative/attorney, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Payment was submitted via XXXX XXXX XXXX. Please be advised I have a copy of the settlement agreement documentation from my attorney at XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have sent a certified letter requesting they correct the accounts on my credit reports. I requesting the corresponding accounts be deleted from my credit reports. I have not received a response. For Truist Bank ( BB & T ) : The credit card debt with this company is still showing a balance owed, even though the debt was negotiated and settled/paid. The credit card settlement amount for Truist Bank/BB & T was {$2300.00}. They have not updated or deleted the account at the three credit bureaus. All information is inaccurate, as this account was settled, via the XXXX XXXX XXXX. An agreement, dated XX/XX/2021, was negotiated for 50 % of the total due ; the settled amount accepted by your debt/account representative was {$2300.00} to be paid by XX/XX/2021. An ACH payment totally {$2300.00} was sent to your account representative on XX/XX/2021. Please be advised I have a copy of the settlement agreement documentation from my attorney at XXXX XXXX XXXX. Payment was submitted via XXXX XXXX XXXX. Also included in the terms of the agreement is the account would be marked settled. I have sent a certified letter requesting they correct the accounts on my credit reports. I requesting the corresponding accounts be deleted from my credit reports. I have not received a response. For XXXX XXXX XXXX : The credit card debt with this company is still showing a balance owed, even though the debt was negotiated and settled/paid. The balance on my credit reports is showing {$1700.00}, but at the time of settlement negotiation, the balance was only {$610.00}, and an agreement was reached to settle the account for {$330.00}. An ACH payment was submitted totally {$330.00}. Here is the payment information : Payment ID # XXXX ; Trace # XXXX ; Amount {$330.00}. Payment was submitted via XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have sent a certified letter requesting they correct the accounts on my credit reports. I requesting the corresponding accounts be deleted from my credit reports. I have not received a response.
