I pay my homeowners insurance through my escrow account with NewRez LLC. My insurance payment is due in XXXX of every year. Last year in XXXX, I received a notice of cancellation for my homeowners policy due to non-payment. I contacted NewRez LLC and they admitted that the payment was never sent out. They overnighted a payment and my policy was reinstated. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I received a call from my insurance company again letting me know that my policy was cancelled due to non payment. So I called NewRez and they again admitted to not preparing a payment to be sent out. They agreed to overnight another payment to my insurance company to ensure my policy was reinstated.
