Hello! Just wondering if you could help me out with my situation or point me in the right direction, please? I am fed up with trying to reach out to these companies. I am trying to file a complaint against XXXX and Lexis Nexis. XXXX without any warning or notice changed my auto insurance from ninety dollars a month to XXXX dollars a month. They did not and still have not provided me with a letter showing the reason for changing the price per month. They just increased it and billed the higher amount the following day. When I asked them, XXXX first said that it was due to inflation and they were doing this to all the customers living in Arizona and then after I filed a report with XXXX, they are now saying that it is because the Lexis Nexis company increased my car insurance credit score probably because I refinanced my home. I have never heard anything like that before and I speculate that they are doing this to many of the customers to earn more profit and therefore, I am requesting you to please help me out and others that may be impacted by XXXX immoral work ethics. When I asked XXXX to let me know my past and new Lexis Nexis 's credit scores the insurance price is based on, they said the company did not provide them with any score values. So, how did XXXX increase my insurance rate? On what basis? This is a fraud happening behind closed doors. XXXX does not receive scores from Lexis Nexis but still they increased my car insurance price based on Lexis Nexis 's credit report. This fraud is bigger than it sounds. Nothing changed in my life that should impact my car insurance score. I dont even drive that much these days because I work from home. I am getting a much lower mortgage rate of 2.25 % because of my excellent credit history. If only that should improve my credit rating and I should get better rates. How could this impact my car insurance rate??? I have never heard of this before. These people should be ashamed of themselves. There is no way to reach out to the Lexis Nexis company even though they have a lot of phone numbers and XXXX does not leave a digital footprint either since they only accept phone calls, and they say whatever they want.
