I filed a affidavit with the FTC on XX/XX/2021. My FTC report number is as follows ( FTC Report Number : XXXX ) 1ST FRANKLIN {$5100.00} Account number XXXX XXXX {$8100.00} XXXX Also my information was breached due to the XXXX security breach which I have also filed a claim ( XXXX ) This letter is to inform you that I am disputing your companys references on my credit report because of the lack of completeness and/or accuracy under section 623 and section 611 I demand to know the methods that were used to verify this fraudulent account in writing.
