Dear Sirs, On XX/XX/XXXX I sold my property. The mortgage company, Midland Mortgage reported the mortgage paid in full to the VA on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX Midland Mortgage reported my account as delinquent. I have contacted them several times with no relief. They have acknowledged the mistake and their error in reporting the erroneous information. What they lack is the desire to correct it. I contacted the credit bureaus an filed a dispute in an attempt to correct this matter and resolve this matter but haven't received a judgment as of yet. I would appreciate your assistance in getting this matter resolved.
