Im filing this complaint due to Transunions failure to comply with the request for re-investigation of a written dispute requested on XX/XX/2021. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 I ( 6 ) I should have received a response letter no later than 5 business days after Transunions investigation was completed. It is past that time and I have not received a response. Now Im forced to spend money I really dont have to pay for certified mailing just to ensure I receive a response from them. My rights under Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 USC 1681 b ( a ) ( 2 ) Permissible purpose of Consumer Reports law are being violated. I did not give Transunion permission to report these inquiries. In my dispute I requested removal of unauthorized hard inquires from my report. This was not done. At this point, I am demanding Transunion cease & desist from reporting these inquiries. I demand they are immediately removed from my report. If they refuse to remove the items, I demand Transunion provide me with written documentation swearing under penalty and perjury laws they were there when the inquiries were authorized. I demand they also swear under oath that I signed for the inquiries requests and I signed documentation agreeing to add Transunion to the account to be able to report them on my report. These erroneous entries are detrimental to my overall credit rating and has caused me severe financial and emotional distress. If this matter is not resolved through this complaint, I will pursue the enforcements of my constitutional rights via federal court proceedings. The information will come out through my formal discovery process, and necessary depositions. I have recently studied constitutional consumer protection laws along with civil/federal court procedures. If necessary, I will represent myself pro-se and formally request a jury trial.
