Back in XX/XX/2021, I notified TD Bank that I had received in the mail a package from them regarding a new checking account that was opened in my name with TD Bank of which I never opened. I told them that I would report it as fraud and they said that they would close the account, conduct an investigation, and then send me a letter upon conclusion of investigation. As of today, I havent heard from TD Bank and Ive tried everything thing from calling them and sending a letter but Im not getting a response.
