To Whom it May Concern, I would like to dispute the 30-day late payment for XX/XX/2021. I've attached a receipt of the cash payment to provide proof that a payment was made before the on time and before the XXXX XXXX. This method of payment is also listed on the XXXX XXXX to Make a Payment page. The payment was made in cash due to a banking error with previous payments from XXXX XXXX being returned. Toyota Financial Services is currently upholding the late payment although a payment was made on the due date. The consumer should not be help liable for processing time. Toyota states in their terms and conditions itll take at least 3 business days to process a payment. I shouldve been allowed that processing time with cash payments as well.
