I received a credit alert from a VANCE and HUFFMAN , llc. on my credit report with XXXX XXXX wit a XXXX XXXX collection account. I have no knowledge or any attempt from this company. The time is suspect as the debt is showing on my record to reman until XXXX which is 2 years away. This debt is possible out of the time line and I have asked to show my contractual original debt information. There seems to be a racketeer with Debt agencies and credit reporting companies. Once they notice individuals/consumers are trying to affix and maintain their improved credit records, they locate some old debt and try to harm the individual. The credit bureaus seem to be in the loop as well. Times have brought out those that profit and prosper on other 's misfortunes. ( as some have had medical, layoffs and other unfortunates that keep one in perpetual free fall in financial restraint ). ISSUE I was never given a chance to discuss, discover or otherwise on this debt with the collection agency, before it is placed on my credit. The debt agencies are suppose to give you notice and time, not just stick on your credit. No dates or time line given. It shows up as Derogatory on XXXX. I haven't had a chance to make any type of action. This is the first I have heard of the aforementioned agency. This is an attempt to create a new debt, that isn't! This is wrong and so PREDATORY OF CREDIT AGENCIES, SPECIFICALLY THE AFOREMENTIONED HUFFMAN & LLC.. IF I SPOKE TO THEM, I WOULD HAVE REQUESTED TO PROVIDE VERIFICATIO OF DEBT AND ACTED ACCORDINGLY with regards to my credit.
