I did not have access to my account. When I finally had access to review my balance it was not the correct balance. I canceled card and filed a claim. It was over XXXX missing from my account. They closed the claim and said they would not be returning my money. I proceeded to go to file complaints with the police department. Wells Fargo is now saying they are sending it up to the executive office. I do not believe they will return my money. I believe it's just a stalling tactic. This money was directly deposited to the account from a government XXXX competition I receive from the military as I was an American soldier. They have insurance to cover this and still have not returned my money. I'm actually having to live in a XXXX XXXX at this very moment because they allowed my former boyfriend to steal my money. He beat me XXXX XXXX and mentally abused me for years. Now they allowed him to steal my money and cause me to live in a XXXX XXXX because I don't have my XXXX money.
