I called about the remittance slip on XX/XX/XXXX, a Capital One representative said that they recieved it without a check. I told them I used the remittace slip, Capital One rep said they do not accept those forms a payment. I called again on XX/XX/XXXX and a rep said they will not accept it and will see if they can send it back. I never recieved the returned remittance slip but I recieved a new remittance slip for the XX/XX/XXXX- XX/XX/XXXX billing cycle. I sent that remittance slip in via certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX because now when I call they say they never recieved any form a payment. On XX/XX/XXXX I was transfered to XXXX # XXXX who became upset when he did not understand the process and I informed him that I was told the slip was recieved and would be returned to me. He said it is not in the notes, I told him the notes were not correct, and with that he said that he was going to put the same incorect information in as well. I called back and spoke to XXXX who was very pleasant to speak to and was able to assit with a complaint on his end but I do not know what it said. So we have multiple remittance slips, none of them have been returned and nothing reflecting on the account.
