This is a Direct Dispute for the Data furnisher of the information on my consumer report. On XX/XX/2021 I audited my Identity IQ report and found numerous discrepancies on it. Based on the information on my credit report I was never sent any fascimile advising of any of bills due or of the negative reporting. I challenge the ACCURACY and INTEGRITY of the information furnished on my credit report by the data furnisher XXXX XXXX. They have not provided proof of receipt of all bills and notifications sent. Pursuant to 12 CFR 1022.41 Accuracy means that information that a furnisher provides to a consumer reporting agency about an account or other relationship with the consumer correctly : ( 1 ) Reflects the terms of and liability for the account or other relationship ; ( 2 ) Reflects the consumer 's performance and other conduct with respect to the account or other relationship ; and ( 3 ) Identifies the appropriate consumer. Integrity means that information that a furnisher provides to a consumer reporting agency about an account or other relationship with the consumer : ( 1 ) Is substantiated by the furnisher 's records at the time it is furnished ; ( 2 ) Is furnished in a form and manner that is designed to minimize the likelihood that the information may be incorrectly reflected in a consumer report ; and ( 3 ) Includes the information in the furnisher 's possession about the account. Because of the carelessness of XXXX XXXX I have been denied credit based on their furnished information which is materially misleading in evaluating my creditworthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living. All of which have been defamed because of the corporations lack of attention to this matter. This company has not contacted me nor provided any information through any mediums. They have not provided Reasonable policies and procedures concerning the accuracy and integrity of furnished information.
