Experian 's National Consumer Assistance Center at XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX, TX XXXX has received letters in reference to reporting incorrect information on my consumer report. On XXXX XXXX a letter was sent, Experian acknowledged receiving the dispute notice and responded as- the company that reported the information has certified to Experian that the information is accurate. Any information being reported must be 100 % accurate. Although the information is clearly reporting incorrectly, inaccurately and it is a violation to report incomplete and inaccurate experiences on the consumer report. This inaccurate reporting is a defamation of my character, showing willful negligence and willfuly reporting inaccurate data. The FDCPA 15 USC 1692 ( g ) clearly proided the violation along with FCRA 15 USC 1681 the violations of wilful noncompliance.
