There is a fraudulent collection on my credit report that does not belong to me for a medical bill I have no idea where it came from or who it is for. The account is involved in litigation where the account # is XXXX that is located on my XXXX equifax and XXXX report. The data gets removed and comes back every 30 days and I don't understand why this account that has nothing to do with me and does not belong to me keeps on reappearing on my account where I am going to sue all 3 bureaus where I am looking for a rental property and this is severely hurting my credit and getting me really upset. The next step for me is contacting my lawyer and suing filing an arbitration.
