I attempted to contact the company in question, CKS Prime Investments, after seeing them on my credit report. That company then directed me to a second company, Velocity, who stated my account was placed with a third company, XXXX. None of the companies contacted can provide a validity of the debt, state where it came from or what it's from, nor will they provide an option for payment. I attempted disputing the information with the credit bureaus who basically stated XXXX XXXX owns the debt but I have confirmation from a chat that I had with them that they're not the appropriate company. It is a false negative mark on my report and I can not get anyone to remove it despite the fact the debt isn't valid.
