I suffered hardship during XXXX and applied for hardship with Wells Fargo. In XX/XX/2021 we came out of forbearance and applied for a hardship modification. My XXXX died and that caused a loss of income that assisted in paying the mortgage note. Wells Fargo will not give me definitive terms on what is being offered. I qualified for XXXX assistance terms under the most recent XXXX XXXX XXXX. At this point XXXX is telling me I either need to accept or decline that offer. i have no documentation on what the offer is. How can a consumer make a informed financial decision if they do not know the terms they are rejecting or accepting. XXXX is being difficult to work with and will not provide documentation of our options.
