On XXXX I paid off all my Affirm loans of {$2400.00}. By XX/XX/XXXX the loans were showing " processing ''. I contacted Affirm customer service at XXXX on XXXX and was told that the loans should have processed immediately and that the issue was with my bank. Representative failed to resolve the problem. I contacted my bank and they confirmed that all the Affirm loans had been paid out on XXXX. Affirm has failed to process my payments four days after my payments. As of XXXX my loan payments of several thousands of dollars are still in " processing '' status despite the fact that mybank was already debited for those loans on XXXX.
