On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a call from Avante USA asking my name. I did not provide this information, as the caller was rude and only asking my name. The only information the caller would provide was where they worked, nothing about anything else unless I confirmed my identity. I proceeded to send a debt verification letter on XX/XX/XXXX, after searching Avante USA, and finding out they are a debt collection agency. I never received any letter in the mail with a right to dispute, or any information regarding the debt. I sent the letter using UPS certified mail, and I have not heard anything back from Avante USA. I have disputed the account on XXXX via XXXX XXXX, and I am filing this complaint due to the lack of communication. From my understanding, I am supposed to receive notice with a 30 day dispute window.
