On XX/XX/2021, I received an email from XXXX the issuer of XXXX XXXX XXXX about an offer where you receive {$30.00} in a form of statement credit if you sign up for a new XXXX membership before the end of the month, I signed up on XX/XX/2021. The terms mention that the credit should post within XXXX billing cycles. Since then my statement closed not twice but three times on XX/XX/2021, XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021. I reached out to customer service in the first week of XXXX to ask why the credit hasn't posted even though it's been over 2 months since I fulfilled the offer and they promised it would post by my next closing date on XX/XX/2021. The credit never posted on XX/XX/2021 so I called on XX/XX/2021 to ask again and the XXXX mentioned that they will escalate it to a XXXX and I will hear back within 2 days. I called four days later on XX/XX/2021 to check the status and I was told that I will definitely hear something by XX/XX/2021, so I called late on XX/XX/2021 and I was told by a new XXXXt that no timeframe is determined for the response and to just hold so I pressed them by citing that I have called about this way too many times so they put me on hold and came back saying they are working on it and will call shortly with an update. I did receive a call less than an hour later but I couldn't get it so I called customer service again where the final XXXXt delivered the message that I should wait until the next statement closing date to see the credit post to the account.
