On XX/XX/XXXX I requested via certified mail that Experian investigate XXXX collection accounts on my consumer credit file. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received via email the results of their investigation. Experian concluded that the information supplied by the alleged creditors were accurate and updated one of the accounts with new information. By doing so, Experian denied me the right to validate both debts and violated my right to privacy under 15 US 1681b by discussing my non public information with the creditor ( s ). Experian also updated one of the account with information from the alleged creditor, pursuant to 15 us 1681a ( e ) this is also a violation of my consumer right. Experian continued to report the accounts while being disputed, a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681 [ A ] [ 1.A ] I was not provided me with the description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy of the information or proof of theses alleged items ( contract or any instruments bearing my name agreeing to pay the alleged creditor ) Best regards, XXXX XXXX
