My mortgage was recently transferred from XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XX/XX/2021 to Selene Finance. Selene recently contacted me to discuss my mortgage being delinquent, but I am currently in a forbearance. I was affected by XXXX and requested a forbearance with XXXX XXXX my servicer at that time, it was approved. My loan servicing was transferred to Selence while I'm currently in the forbearance. Selene customer service contacted me stating their servicing records showed I am in default with my mortgage and Selene Finance had not approved a forbearance for my mortgage. See Attachments
