I was paying at the gas station at night. Made one purchase the next purchase denied. They closed the acc. Then I received a email? It said due to my name change they needed ID. I have no name XXXX .I sent ID. I have been with chime over a year. I sent ID anyway. . No response and becouse my acc was closed I can't get my money or into my online acc. They will not talk live on the phone. Weird. Unusual. And they only use a robot to answer questions they never get back. Almost a week now. I want to know what.is going on.
