This account has numerous violations that I stated in the letters. For example, one violation is reporting payment history. Since the charge off date of XX/XX/2020, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting on XXXX and Experian a charge off every month and it continues to updating the payment history on the accounts. Charge Off accounts should not be reporting active payment history past the charge off date. This is falsely and illegally manipulating the date of last activity of this debt.
