This is XXXX XXXX, who is submitting this CFPB complaint myself, and to inform you that there is no third party involved in the process. Regardless of the multiple written requests, the unverified accounts listed below are still reporting on my credit report in violation of federal law. The TransUnion Credit Bureau failed to comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681i within the time declared by law and continued reporting of unconfirmed information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes.
