This is XXXX XXXX, who is submitting this CFPB complaint myself, and to inform you that there is no third party involved in the process. Upon reviewing my updates, the incorrect information was still found in my reports which I believe has been taken care of due to the written appeals I sent. The last letter sent to Experian was XX/XX/2021, but no response was ever received from them to date. Thus, their action has violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC Sections 1681i, which states that continued reports of the unverified information without any proof provided, within the time allowed by law, is not authorized.
