The credit reporting agency, Experian is causing me tremendous financial hardship by reporting negative information that failed to be validated or found accurate in their own reinvestigation. I am a victim of their deceptive business practices that are constantly undermining my consumer rights and effecting my ability to obtain credit. I did not receive any prior notice to the reporting of the negative information by Experian or the furnisher ( s ). I was not afforded the opportunity to review any debt obligation instruments to validate any of the claims made against me before they were made public without my consent, pursuant to 15 USC 1681b- Permissible purposes of consumer reports. I was not afforded the opportunity to protect my consumer report from any negative claims. I have not been successful in receiving any of the requested documentation from Experian that would prove my obligation to the negative information furnished as my consumer report, even after many requests by phone calls. A credit reporting agency failing to produce documents requested by a consumer that would serve as the evidence to the consumers obligation towards the alleged debt, removes any obligation of the consumer to the alleged debt and rescinds all negative claims against the consumer with prejudice. It also displays a clear violation against the requirements of federal law 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) - Notice of results of re-investigation, and 15 USC 1692g- Validation of debts. Experian failed to conduct a complete investigation, but refuses to delete the un-verified negative information currently reporting as my consumer report. Since XX/XX/2021, Experian has been on conspicuous notice that Experian does not have my permission to furnish a consumer report with the consumer credit transactions identified in my written letter. Since XX/XX/2021, I have also shared with Experian that the very nature of the accounts they are reporting to the public without my permission is a federal violation pursuant to the requirements of 15 USC 1681a ( d ) ( 2 ) - Exclusions. I have also made Experian conspicuously aware that they are violating federal law 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) - Congressional findings and statement of purpose, when they deny my right to privacy by their actions to continue the reporting of negative information without impartiality and factual exhibits to validate the claims. In my first written letter dated XX/XX/2021, I identified four accounts I instructed Experian to remove and or delete from my consumer report. In response to my written letter, on XX/XX/2021, I received a digital notice that Experian deleted only one of the four accounts identified in the letter and opened an investigation on the remaining three accounts. On XX/XX/2021 Experian completed their reinvestigation well beyond the mandatory 30 days allowed to complete a re investigation according to the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Experian 's reasoning for validating the three remaining accounts was that the accounts were verified by the furnisher. I requested delivery of the required exhibits of 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ) ( iii ) - Notice of results of reinvestigation, immediately. I called Experian 's consumer contact line at ( XXXX ) XXXX, multiple times for tangible debt obligation instruments and the procedure used to validate the negative information in the reinvestigation conducted by Experian. I was affirmed multiple times by multiple agents that Experian did not receive any documents from the furnisher and Experian had no records to share with me from their reinvestigation. I have proof of my phone call on one occasion where I was placed on hold until Experian close of business after I inquired about debt obligation instruments used to validate the negative information in question of the reinvestigation. Experian has been on notice since XX/XX/2021 that they do not have my permission to furnish a report of my private consumer credit transactions for the public to purchase without equal consideration. Experian has consistently conveyed to me through telephone conversations with their agents that they do not have to follow my written instructions and their policies and procedures override my right to privacy and my consumer rights overall. I have exhausted every option I have to resolve the unfair reporting that is being conducted against me. Experian is willfully neglecting the law. They are forcing me to be responsible for a debt obligation that they can not prove belongs to me due to them having zero documentation that would prove as my liability to the alleged debt. My finances are in critical condition due to these inaccurate accounts reporting as my consumer report. I am not being afforded any way to correct my consumer report by Experian. My consumer rights and privacy are being ignored! Please review all of the documentation I have attached to back my claims made in this complaint. EXPERIAN IS IGNORING THE LAW AND RUINING MY FINANCES BY REPORTING NEGATIVE INFROMATION. EXPERIAN DOES NOT HAVE POSSESSION PROOF OF MY ALLEGED OBLIGATION TO THE NEGATIVE ACCOUNTS REPORTED TO THE PUBLIC. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS COMPLAINT. I NEED THE CFPBS HELP IN PROTECTING MY PRIVACY AND CONSUMER REPUTATION.
