I have applied for a loan to pay off all my debt I contacted the collection agency Radius Global Solutions in conjunction with XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to get a payoff statement or letter to be faxed over to the lender so they can issue out a check. This company will not comply with us we have been trying to reach out to this company for 2 weeks now beginning XX/XX/2021through XX/XX/2021. Every time I called this company they keep telling me that they're going to fax over a payoff letter and never do so. They not complying with us to resolve this matter to pay off this debt. We've been told one lie after another lie we never received any letter from them in the mail saying that we owe them anything as well. Due to them not sending over a payoff statement to the lender this is holding up our process of refinancing our home because the lender needs a payoff statement so we can pay off this debt. So we can move forward with our refinance this has pushed our refinance back because they will not comply and fax over the payoff statement. This is costng us money and time to get this done.
